John De Villa

John De Villa was brought into the cannabis world as a result of being diagnosed with Epilepsy. He suffered 12 grandmal seizures in an eight-month period and was unable to find relief with pharmaceutical medications. John’s background was working in network security for an engineering firm but left that career due to his epilepsy. He now operates a payment processing company providing ATM and POS machine services for businesses in BC. It took a few years of cannabis extermination and trial-and-error on himself, but eventually John connected with educators like Adolfo Gonzalez of CannaReps as well as Mara Gordon from Aunt Zelda’s in California and was able to find cannabinoid therapy that worked to treat his epilepsy. John is proud to say that he will be seizure-free for three years this coming May. John continues to work closely with his great doctors and the BC cannabis community to keep up to date with the latest education and information, so that he can continue being seizure-free.
